Working with its strategic partner, Capital Research Partners, we were the exclusive financial advisors to this manufacturer and distributor of low-cost 100% recycled plastic-fiber wood alternatives and a new unique biosynthetic Resin. We were successful in negotiating a new senior debt facility, as well as advising the company on adding a new capital partner.

Patriot National Bank

Working with its strategic partner, Capital Research Partners, and Thomas G. Rudkin, we were retained by the Executive Committee of this $1 Billion in assets public community bank to advise them on strategic financial alternatives to bolster their Tier 1 capital. We conducted financial and operating due diligence and advised the bank on discussions with suitable accredited institutional capital providers.

Summit Global Logistics

Working with its strategic partner, Capital Research Partners, we were the exclusive financial advisor to this $275 million in revenue global supply chain “3PL” Logistics & Distribution Company in the restructuring of their capital structure. We solicited a new senior lender who offered an attractively structured and committed new senior debt facility. We also advised Summit in the structuring discussions with potential minority equity investors. A large public foreign strategic buyer, Toll, Ltd., who had been in discussions with Summit, then offered a very aggressive purchase price, which management accepted. Management felt that the restructuring alternative was accretive to their negotiations with Toll, Ltd. and properly compensated CRP/Heide for their successful negotiations.
